David M. Sotsky

As a member of The Dunn-Dunne Group with more than 18 years of industry experience, David focuses on helping clients create a disciplined strategy for pursuing their most important financial goals. He evaluates and designs investment strategies for nonprofits, retirement plans, and affluent individuals and families, with a niche supporting executives in the technology industry. In addition, he addresses pre/post liquidity planning strategies for middle-market business owners.
A former recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award, David is highly involved in his community. He is a member of the board of advisors for the National Foundation for Cancer Research and has served on the Greater Washington Society of CPA's not-for-profit committee. David has served on the board of advisors of the Johns Hopkins University Graduate Division of Business and has also volunteered to support the strategic growth of the Hispanic Heritage Foundation and the D.C. Urban Debate League, which fosters education for students. David is often invited to be a guest speaker for business, industry and governmental organizations throughout the country.
David earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Eckerd College with a minor in Spanish. David is insurance licensed and holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations.
