Mark Randall, CAIA, CFA®
Mark joined Merrill Lynch in 2011 and has six years of wealth management experience with the complex portfolios of institutional and high-net-worth clients. Mark reviews the market outlook, communicates quarterly performance results and delivers specific investment recommendations to these clients. He focuses on providing in-depth research and analytical support on both alternative and traditional investments.
Mark is the primary point of contact for the finance and accounting staff of large institutional clients, assisting in annual audit preparation with specific emphasis on the unique requirements for hedge funds and private equity.
Mark currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA Washington and Los Angeles Societies. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations. Mark received an MBA with a specialization in investment management and portfolio analysis, as well as a bachelor's degree in finance from the Pennsylvania State University. While pursuing his MBA, he was a lead economic analyst for a student-run, alumni-invested equity fund.
Prior to obtaining his MBA, Mark worked in the corporate finance department of Arcorac International North America, a glassware distribution company based in Wayne, New Jersey.
Mark enjoys skiing, waterskiing and camping trips with his wife and family. He also spends vacation time at Long Beach Island, New Jersey, during the summer months.
