Peter has significant experience in working with institutional and high-net-worth investors in the active oversight of their assets. Peter's primary responsibilities include providing customized investment solutions and holistic wealth strategies to institutional investors, families and individuals. He draws on his 26 years of investment experience and his ability to communicate complex global economic and market issues through written analysis and lectures to serve clients. Peter is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on issues that impact nonprofit investing. National and local accounting firms, as well as insurance firms, often ask Peter to help educate their clients on the economic and market environment.
Barron's listed Peter in its 2014 list of 1,200 Top Financial Advisors. The publication also named Peter to its 2013 Top 1,000 Financial Advisors list, ranking him number nine in Maryland. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation. Peter holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations and is a member of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants.
Peter is an active community volunteer and has held board and advisory positions on several foundations and endowments, with an emphasis on education and children's health. He currently serves on the President's Council of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington. Peter and his wife, Amy, reside in Potomac, Maryland, where both are very active with their four children's extracurricular sports activities.
