Winship joined Merrill Lynch in 2011 and has worked with the Dunn-Dunne team for 10 years. His primary duties include constructing client portfolios, advising clients on their risk management and financial goals, manager research and due diligence, working with clients to help them develop Investment Policy Statements, performance attribution and forecasting analysis, transition management, and execution of rebalancing and hedging strategies. Winship has 12 years of investment and capital markets experience, having previously worked for two years trading, allocating and hedging equity options for Knight Financial Products as an assistant equity options specialist on the CBOE and PHLX trading floors. He holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations.
Winship earned a bachelor's degree in history from Princeton University, where he was a member of the 1998 and 2001 men's lacrosse national championship teams. He has served as the Young Alumni Chair for two years on the St. Albans School Alumni Board, and he is active in the local community, having volunteered as a lacrosse coach and for numerous charities over the years.
